The Hosted Buyer Program is designed specifically for brand leaders who have never attended SupplySide Global before. Our goal is to introduce new companies to the event and help them make the most of their first-time experience.

Hosted buyers FAQs

As a hosted buyer, you commit to arriving and departing on approved days, attending a pre-show kickoff call, completing pre- and post-show surveys, participating in testimonials and interviews (either written or video) and event attendance. You will also be asked to sign an agreement reflecting your commitment.

Included in the program are the following benefits:

  • Three nights of hotel stay near the Mandalay Bay Convention Center

  • Up to $500 airfare reimbursement

  • Complimentary registration to SupplySide Global

  • Complimentary admission to the First-Time Attendee Welcome Reception

  • A customized experience tailored to your goals

  • Up to $500 in airfare will be reimbursed after the event

  • Every approved hosted buyer will be required to submit a W-9 form and flight receipt to process the reimbursement

  • Please note: Flight reimbursements are for your flight only. Flight upgrades are not included

After a hosted buyer application is approved, each approved hosted buyer will receive a link to register for the event.

Yes, you will be required to attend a virtual pre-show kickoff call (occurring approximately a month before the event) and an in-person First-Time Attendee Reception (occurring Tuesday, October 28, 2025). This reception is an amazing opportunity to meet with your cohort and network with industry veterans.
